Ex-Chelsea star and AS Roma attacker Tammy Abraham is reportedly interested in reuniting with former teammate Christian Pulisic at AC Milan ahead of the 2024-25 season.

Abraham, 26, endured a tough campaign in the 2023-24 season as he missed the majority of the term due to an anterior cruciate ligament injury. He scored just once in 12 games in all competitions for Roma.

Now, according to Sky Italia, Milan are considering a move to add Abraham to their ranks this summer. New Rossoneri manager Paulo Fonseca is keen to sign the ex-Chelsea ace, who has been identified as a star who could offer competition to new arrival Alvaro Morata.

Abraham, who joined Roma from the Blues for £34 million in 2021, is eager to join Milan this summer. Should a deal be completed, he would reunite with ex-Chelsea teammates like Pulisic and Fikayo Tomori.

So far, Abraham has found the back of the net 37 times and provided 13 assists in 119 overall appearances, including 86 starts, for Roma.

Fabrizio Romano claims Chelsea target not aiming to leave current club on loan switch

Speaking on his YouTube channel, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano offered insight into Chelsea's chances of signing Napoli striker Victor Osimhen on a loan deal this summer. He said (h/t Football Transfers):

"Victor Osimhen's agent released a statement on social media. In that, he said Osimhen is not considering a move on loan. He didn't deny the interest, but he rejected the possibility of a loan move. On Osimhen’s side, they are against a loan move with an option to buy. Osimhen has the intention to leave Napoli not with the possibility to return there in a year."

Sharing further thoughts on Osimhen's situation, Romano continued:

"Secondly, the salary. It's a crucial part of the story. To go to Chelsea on loan from Napoli, he would have to reduce his salary. Napoli will never loan the player and cover his wages. It would be crazy. Osimhen is on a big salary at Napoli – over £9 million net per season – so he doesn't want to cut that. With a loan, you're probably forced to do that."

Should Osimhen move to Enzo Maresca's side in the summer transfer window, the Nigerian would cement himself as their first-choice striker.

Since leaving LOSC Lille in a £68 million move in 2020, Osimhen has recorded 76 goals and 18 assists in 133 overall matches for Napoli.
