One of Enzo Maresca's transfer targets is keen to play alongside Kylian Mbappe next season.

Chelsea-linked striker Victor Osimhen has allegedly offered himself to Real Madrid as he is hoping to share a dressing room with France attacker Kylian Mbappe next season.

Earlier this Tuesday (July 30), The Athletic journalist David Ornstein stated that the Blues are interested in roping in Osimhen this summer. The Stamford Bridge outfit are in talks with Serie A team Napoli over a potential loan signing of the striker with an option to buy.

However, according to Catalan website El Nacional, Osimhen is of the opinion that he would link up well with Mbappe and has offered himself to Los Blancos. The 25-year-old Nigerian striker is said to be an admirer of the former Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) superstar.

Osimhen, whose current contract is set to run out in June 2026, is currently valued at £84 million, but Napoli could accept offers of close to £59 million. However, Real Madrid have no interest in signing the player as they reckon that they have enough offensive depth.

With Carlo Ancelotti's side unlikely to launch a summer move, Osimhen could join either of Chelsea or PSG this summer. He would emerge as a first-team starter at both clubs should he join either of them.

So far, the Chelsea target has scored 76 goals and laid out 18 assists in 133 total outings for Napoli since arriving from LOSC Lille in 2020.

Kylian Mbappe reveals Real Madrid dream

Earlier on July 16, Kylian Mbappe opened up on his dream after sealing a move to Real Madrid during his unveiling ceremony at Santiago Bernabeu. The Frenchman said (h/t The Standard):

"It's such an incredible feeling to be here, just incredible. I spent endless nights dreaming about one day playing for this club, and today I'm one happy guy. I want to thank the president Florentino Perez, for always having great confidence in me. There have been a lot of things going on, but we've done it. Thank you very much."

Revealing his dream, the Real Madrid summer signing elaborated:

"I'd also like to thank all those people who have put in a great effort for me to be able to be here today, who have done so much for me to enjoy this moment. My family are so happy here, I can see my mum crying. Now I have another dream. That's a dream of living up to this club's history. I can promise that I will give it my all for this club."

Ahead of his Bosman move to Real Madrid, Mbappe registered 256 goals and 108 assists in 308 appearances for Paris Saint-Germain.

Mbappe, 25, is set to wear the number nine jersey for his new club.
