Chelsea are reportedly prepared to offload out-of-form winger Mykhailo Mudryk, who was signed from Shakhtar Donetsk in 2023 for a reported £88m. The Ukraine international has failed to make an impact since his big-money move to Stamford Bridge.

According to a report by TEAMtalk (via GOAL), Chelsea are now open to the prospect of sending him out on loan in the January transfer window.

Mudryk has played only 61 minutes of Premier League football this season. With the recent arrivals of Pedro Neto and Jadon Sancho, his chances of breaking into the first team have further diminished, leaving the 23-year-old winger on the fringes of the squad.

While the Blues would prefer to move the player permanently, the report suggests that a sale is unlikely during the January window due to financial constraints in the market. Ligue 1 side Olympique de Marseille have expressed interest in taking the winger on loan for the remainder of the season.

Enzo Maresca's Chelsea will return to Premier League action this weekend against West Ham United and Mudryk is expected to be in the squad, although his future at the club appears increasingly uncertain.

Chelsea receive timely injury boost ahead of West Ham clash - Reports

Chelsea have been handed a timely fitness boost ahead of their Premier League clash against West Ham United, as Romeo Lavia and Malo Gusto edge closer to returning from injury. Lavia and Gusto were present in training as they continue their rehabilitation process, according to the club’s latest update.

Lavia, who has struggled with a hamstring injury, has been sidelined since his appearance against Servette in the Europa Conference League qualifying round. The midfielder has made just three appearances for the Blues since joining from Southampton last August and has missed the last four matches across all competitions.

Malo Gusto, meanwhile, featured in Chelsea's first three Premier League fixtures this season but missed their recent 0-0 draw against Bournemouth due to a muscle injury. On Tuesday, both players were seen on the training pitch, engaging in modified sessions as part of their recovery. A club statement read (via GOAL):

"There was further good news as Malo Gusto and Romeo Lavia continued their rehabilitation with another modified session as they continue their recovery from injury."
