Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal are reportedly keen to sign Real Madrid talisman Vinicius Jr. as a replacement for injury-bound Neymar. Despite dominating the league, Al-Hilal want to add more firepower to their squad, and Vinicius is on their radar.

The Real Madrid man is one of the best players in the world at the moment. Since he is one of the top contenders for the 2024 Ballon d'Or, it is unsurprising that clubs with deeper pockets are interested in him, particularly Saudi Pro League clubs.

According to MARCA, Saudi Pro League clubs see Vinicius as a dream signing, as they intend to make him their reference point. Among all the clubs, Al-Hilal are the one hot on the player's heels, as they see him as an apt replacement for Neymar.

The abovementioned source, however, added that the likelihood of Vinicius leaving the Spanish capital for any Middle Eastern club is slim, as the player has a lot of challenges ahead of him.

Earlier, it was reported that Vinicius had rejected an offer of €1 billion, dubbed the biggest deal in sports history from a Saudi Pro League club.

While Neymar, recovering from a cruciate ligament tear, is said to return to action early in 2025, Al-Hilal will make the bid for Vinicius in the 2025 summer transfer window. This is because the contract of the former Barcelona man will expire in 2025, allowing him to leave the club as a free agent.

Vinicius Jr.'s contract with Los Blancos will expire in 2027, and his current market value is €200, as per Transfermarkt. Given how desperate Al-Hilal are to sign the Brazilian and their propensity to splurge money on European superstars, his current valuation may not stand in their way to acquire his services.

Real Madrid reach agreement with Bayern Munich star - Reports

In another report, Real Madrid have reached an agreement with Bayern Munich left-back Alphonso Davies. Los Blancos have been eyeing the Canadian defender for a while.

Davies was linked with a move to Santiago Bernabeu in the 2024 summer transfer window but Carlo Ancelotti's trust in Ferlnad Mendy meant that the Spanish giants had to take their foot off the gas in their pursuit.

According to Madrid Universal, Alphonso Davies has reached an agreement with Real Madrid to play for the club until 2030 with an option to extend the contract for one more season.

Davies' contract with Bayern Munich will expire in 2025. If the above reports are true, the Canada international will join Real Madrid on a free transfer next summer.
