Omonia Nicosia will host Torpedo Kutaisi at the GSP Stadium on Thursday in the first leg of their 2024-25 UEFA Europa Conference League second-round qualifying clash. The home side missed out on European football last season for the first time since the 2019-20 campaign and will now begin their push for a return this Thursday.
They however endured a disappointing pre-season campaign losing each of their first three friendly outings by an aggregate scoreline of 7-0 before playing out a 1-1 draw against AEK Athens last time out.
Torpedo Kutaisi are enjoying a strong run of form in their domestic assignments at the moment and will now be looking to carry that momentum onto the continental stage this week.
