Real Madrid midfielder Jude Bellingham teased teenage teammate Endrick on Instagram after their UEFA Super Cup triumph on Wednesday, August 14. Last season's UEFA Champions League winners, Los Blancos, defeated last season's Europa League winners Atalanta 2-0 in Warsaw to win the trophy in style.

Endrick finally completed his transfer to Real Madrid this summer, having reached an agreement to sign for the club from Palmeiras aged 16 in 2022. The youngster featured in pre-season but had to watch from the sidelines as his teammates won the UEFA Super Cup against Atalanta on Wednesday.

The fact that manager Carlo Ancelotti decided against playing him did not deter the 18-year-old striker, who posed with the trophy after his side's victory. Teammate Bellingham was in his comments on Instagram after the Brazilan posted photos of himself celebrating with his teammates. The midfielder jokingly referred to Endrick as Bobby in reference to a viral video in which the youngster claimed Sir Bobby Charlton to be one of his idols.

"Vamos Bobby!!!🤍"

Meanwhile, Jude Bellingham was pivotal for Los Blancos as they won the game against the Italian outfit. The English midfielder was named the Man of the Match at the end of the game after recording an assist for Kylian Mbappe's goal in the second half.

Endrick was on the bench throughout the encounter as he awaits his official debut for the Spanish giants. The youngster spoke in an interview about his football idols, naming Cristiano Ronaldo, Ferenc Puskas, and Sir Bobby Charlton among them.

In winning the game, Real Madrid became the side with the most UEFA Super Cup triumphs (6) in history. Their manager, Ancelotti, also became the manager with the joint-most titles in the history of the club (14).

Real Madrid midfielder set to miss start of season through injury

Real Madrid midfielder Eduardo Camavinga will be ruled out of the start of the season after picking up a knee injury ahead of the UEFA Super Cup. The Frenchman is expected to miss between six and seven weeks of action following his injury during training.

France international Camavinga clashed with compatriot Aurelien Tchouameni in a duel and came off worse. He was left writhing in pain on the floor and missed out on the squad for the game against Atalanta. He was named on the bench for the game but was only included because he had made the trip to Warsaw.

The injury to Camavinga will leave an opening in the Real Madrid squad for veteran midfielder Luka Modric, who started the Super Cup on the bench. The 38-year-old Croatian won his 27th title at the club in the game, making him the most decorated player in the history of the club.
