According to AS, super agent Jorge Mendes is considering offering Cristiano Ronaldo's Portugal teammate to Real Madrid. Diogo Costa, the first-choice keeper for the Selecao, could be offered to the Spanish giants if Andriy Lunin departs the Spanish capital.

The 24-year-old is in high demand after his performances at Euro 2024 that saw him bag three clean sheets from five games. Costa's finest moment at the European Championship came in the Round of 16 where he pulled off a stunning display in the penalty shootout to help his team through to the quarterfinal.

While Real Madrid's position on a potential move for the talented shot-stopper is unclear, the FC Porto star would likely be a fine addition to their team and offer competition to Thibault Courtois. He has made 232 appearances for his boyhood club across all levels, conceding 222 goals and keeping 90 clean sheets.

If a move for Costa materializes, he could join an impressive list of Portuguese stars to play for the outfit, including Cristiano Ronaldo, Luis Figo, and Pepe.

Real Madrid star Jude Bellingham compared his overhead kick for England to Cristiano Ronaldo's strike

Real Madrid star Jude Bellingham said he felt like Cristiano Ronaldo while airborne for his overhead kick equaliser against Slovakia at Euro 2024. Speaking to the England 'Diary Room', The Los Blancos star reminisced on his equalising goal, saying:

"It was really instinct more than anything. It kind of fell in the perfect spot, and it was a little bit behind me.
"When I was in the air, I thought, 'I'm six feet off the ground, and it's like Ronaldo!' But I've watched it back, and I still had one hand on the ground, so it wasn't the most acrobatic."

Jude Bellingham, concluded, saying:

"But it was a nice contact. Definitely one of the most important and memorable moments of my career so far."

The England star's comparison to Cristiano Ronaldo's overhead kick for Real Madrid against Juventus might fall short aesthetically but will have a similar emotional weight to his country. Bellingham will hope he has more magical moments in his arsenal as the Three Lions hope to eventually claim the Euro 2024 trophy in Germany.
