Haaland is one of the most prolific strikers of the modern era. He has already bagged 101 goals in just 108 appearances across competitions for Manchester City.

"I don't regret much in life" - Erling Haaland on clash with Arsenal players last month

Manchester City striker Erling Haaland shared he has no regrets over the clash he started with Arsenal players during the 2-2 draw last month. The Gunners have been City's closest title rivals in the previous two seasons and the match between the two was always slated to be a tense affair.

The Norwegian striker opened the scoring (9') in the Premier League clash before Mikel Arteta's team fought back to go ahead thanks to a Riccardo Calafiori strike (22') and Gabriel Magalhaes' header (45+1'). John Stones grabbed a late equalizer (90+8') to ensure the points were shared on the day, but the match ended in a bust-up, thanks to Haaland's antics in the game.

Speaking to the press after the events of the game, the 24-year-old said via the Daily Mail:

"I don't regret much in life. In the heat of the moment things happened in that game. What happens on the pitch, stays on the pitch. That's how it is."

Manchester City are looking to win the Premier League title for a record-extending fifth time on the bounce. Haaland will be a crucial part of their plans to do that, with him already scoring 10 times in seven league games this season.
