Yoro appeared 44 times across competitions, starting 40, and already looks like a future superstar. However, his contract with the Ligue 1 club expires at the end of next season, but he hasn't signed a new deal yet.
Real Madrid also have their eyes on the 18-year-old, but their proposed offer doesn't match Lille's asking price. The Red Devils, meanwhile, have offered €50 million for Yoro, which suits the French side.
However, the Premier League giants still have to convince the teenager to make the move to Old Trafford. Yoro apparently has his heart set on a move to the Santiago Bernabeu, as per transfer guru Fabrizio Romano.
Real Madrid are apparently calm about the situation, despite Manchester United's emergence in the race. Los Blancos will try to get a deal done on their terms this summer or wait for the 18-year-old to become a free agent next year.
Red Devils suffer Jarrad Branthwaite blow
Manchester United have suffered a setback in their efforts to secure the services of Jarrad Branthwaite this summer. According to journalist Dharmesh Sheth, Everton are under no pressure to let the English defender leave this year.
The Red Devils are looking for defensive reinforcements this summer following Raphael Varane's departure. The Premier League giants are in talks with Bayern Munich regarding a move for Matthij de Ligt.
However, Ten Hag also has his eyes on Branthwaite, and Manchester United have already seen two offers for the 21-year-old rejected by the Toffees. It was previously believed that the Merseyside club would be forced to offload the player this summer to address their poor finances.
However, speaking to GIVEMESPORT, Sheth said that Everton would only let Branthwaite leave on their terms.
“The Branthwaite situation is in the air for United. They are still interested, but not at the price that Everton have quoted. Furthermore, it appears now that Everton do not need to sell, and they don’t want to sell," said Sheth.
He continued:
“If Branthwaite was to leave, you would think now it would be on Everton’s terms and they don’t need to negotiate on that price.”
Recent reports have suggested that the Merseyside club want £70 million for Branthwaite.
Aaron Wan-Bissaka wanted in Middle East, says journalist
Aaron Wan-Bisska could be on his way out of Manchester United this summer, according to transfer insider Ben Jacobs. The English right-back is no longer a first-team regular under Ten Hag, with Diogo Dalot the preferred choice for the right-back role.
Wan-Bissaka appeared 30 times across competition in the 2023-24 campaign, even covering at left-back. Recent reports have suggested that West Ham United have their eyes on the 26-year-old.
Speaking to GIVEMESPORT, Sheth added that Al-Nassr also remain hot on the player's heels at the moment.
“Aaron Wan-Bissaka had an offer from Al-Nassr in January, and at that point, Manchester United didn't want to sell. Now it's a little bit different, and we might see an exit.
"There is some early interest from West Ham, but the Saudi dealmakers haven't gone away, and if they can persuade the player to join, they would be happy to make another offer," said Sheth.
He continued:
“And as ever, the clubs tend to decide quite late on. But the original Al-Nassr interest is still there, so don't be surprised if, along with Premier League interest, we get a Saudi offer.”
Wan-Bissaka's contract at Old Trafford expires in 2025, but he's unlikely to be handed a new deal.
