Real Madrid midfielder Jude Bellingham has spoken highly about Kylian Mbappe following the Frenchman's debut for Los Blancos. Mbappe played his first game for the club during the UEFA Super Cup final against Atalanta on Wednesday, August 14.

Carlo Ancelotti's team won the match 2-0 and after Fede Valverde opened the scoring (59'), Mbappe made it 2-0 for the Madrid giants in the 68th minute. Bellingham set up the 2018 FIFA World Cup winner for the goal.

Bellingham highlighted that signing a player of Mbappe's caliber signifies the club's intent to thrive. Speaking on the same, he told the media after the game (via Daijiworld):

"He is just one of those players- isn't he? He is brilliant- so sharp, has so much technical quality, and he is a great teammate as well."

Bellingham added (via GOAL):

"I think it shows the intent and the mentality of the team when straight after you win the biggest prize there is, you want to go add a player like him. It's the definition of Real Madrid, that kind of signing."

Bellingham showered praise on Kylian Mbappe's abilities as a teammate, saying:

"The way he played today is unbelievable, he is amazing to play with and he has been a great teammate so far. We just want to enjoy getting to understand each other's rhythm, and hopefully, assisting and scoring more goals."

Mbappe has now lifted his first official UEFA trophy and did so in his debut game for the club. Next up for Ancelotti's side is a showdown against Real Mallorca on Sunday, August 18.

Real Madrid midfielder Jude Bellingham explains why it's difficult to play alongside both Vinicius Junior and Kylian Mbappe

Real Madrid now have Vinicius Junior and Kylian Mbappe partnering in the team's attack. Among other qualities, both players possess blistering pace, which could be difficult to deal with for oppositions.

It is also not easy for teammates, as Jude Bellingham suggested. He claimed that if a player misses a beat, both of the aforementioned attackers are out of sight already. He said (via GOAL):

"It's brilliant playing with him and Vinicius Junior but it's difficult sometimes. You've only got two seconds because they're both gone. I saw him do the feint and I just thought I'd leave him the area and he finishes like he always does. It's a joy to see up close."

Real Madrid fans already saw a glimpse of what Kylian Mbappe added to the team's attack. The Frenchman should settle more with time and play with more devastating effect as a result.
