Chelsea-bound forward Estevao Willian scored for Palmeiras with a sensational effort before imitating Cole Palmer in his celebration after the goal, again. The youngster featured for the Brazilian champions as they played out a 2-2 draw against Gremio away from home.

Teenage sensation Estevao Willian has been in the news in recent weeks, with a greater spotlight on him after he signed for Chelsea. The Brazil under-20 international represents, by a considerable distance, the greatest outlay by the club on a 17-year-old rookie.

Following the confirmation of his signing with the Blues, the 17-year-old recreated the famous 'cold' celebration by Cole Palmer in his next game. He got a chance to recreate it once more as his side visited Gremio in their Brasileirao Serie A meeting on Thursday, July 4.

With his side 2-1 down, the teenager grabbed the game by the scruff of its neck to draw them level with an otherworldly effort for a player his age. He picked up the ball on his favored right wing before cutting inside a defender onto his stronger left foot. From all of 25 yards, the youngster unleashed a ferocious drive that flew into the top corner before pulling off his future Chelsea teammate's celebration in the 77th minute.

Estevao Willian had previously contributed to help his side pull one back when 2-0 down as his delicately chipped reverse ball had set the motion for their first goal. The forward, who will join Chelsea in 2025, has now scored four goals and provided two assists in 14 senior appearances for Palmeiras this season.

Cole Palmer hails future Chelsea teammates for copied celebration

Chelsea star Cole Palmer has praised the teenage duo of Kendry Paez and Estevao Willian after they recreated his celebration in recent days and weeks. The England star spoke with talkSPORT about the pair of 17-year-olds, who will join the Blues next summer.

Palmer clarified that the 'cold' celebration has become attributed to him despite former Manchester City academy teammate Morgan Rogers doing it first. He expressed his satisfaction at seeing Paez and Estevao join in on the celebration already, saying (via Chelsea.News):

"Everyone knows it's my celebration, he (Rogers) might have done it but everyone knows it's mine. It's nice because they're going to be playing with us next year, they're not taking it, they're just joining in."

Blues boss Enzo Maresca will be excited by the quality shown by the players already in his squad, such as Palmer, and the talent shown by the South American teenage duo. They will move to Stamford Bridge once they turn 18 in 2025 and will immediately join the first team if all goes to plan.
