Barcelona secured a seventh straight La Liga victory following their 1-0 win over Getafe at the Estadi Olimpic Lluis Companys on Wednesday, September 25. The victory consolidates the Catalan giants' place at the top of the standings with 21 points from seven games.

Polish striker Robert Lewandowski scored the game's only goal in the 19th minute to see the Blaugrana bounce back from their UEFA Champions League defeat to AS Monaco.
