Chelsea ace Cole Palmer made history, as he became the highest riser in terms of his price in FPL history as 2024-25 prices were revealed. In previous years, there have been significant price hikes for players, but none is as high as Palmer's.

Trusting in his own talent, Palmer decided to ask for more minutes at Manchester City, a move that earned him a transfer to Chelsea. The England international quickly went from academy prospect to bonafide superstar, ending the season with 22 goals and 11 assists in the Premier League.
