SA vs WI Dream11 Prediction: 3 Differentials you can pick for today's Women's T20 World Cup 2024 match - October 4, 2024

India v South Africa - Women
It's surprising to see a player like Nadine de Klerk being owned by a small number of Dream11 managers.

The runners-up from the previous edition of the ICC Women's T20 World Cup, South Africa, take on the 2016 champions, the West Indies, in the third match of the 2024 edition of the competition on Friday, October 4, at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium.

Led by Laura Wolvaardt, the Proteas haven't been in the best of form heading into this match, losing both their warm-up matches against New Zealand and India. However, they certainly have the quality in their ranks to thrive, and a win in this crucial clash will put them in pole position to make it to the semi-finals potentially alongside England.

The same applies to the West Indies, who will also be eyeing that spot in the semi-final. Stafanie Taylor, the captain of the team that won in 2016, remains a vital part of this team, which will be led by Hayley Matthews.

On that note, let's look at the top three Dream11 differentials for this match.

#3 Anneke Bosch (BAT) (SA)

South Africa's No. 3 Anneke Bosch is a real Dream11 differential pick for this fixture. Despite having some decent numbers in T20I cricket, Bosch doesn't seem to have the backing of Dream11 players, and that could work in the favor of those who do take a punt on her.

The 31-year-old has scored 755 runs in 33 innings, averaging nearly 27 and scoring at a strike rate of close to 110. She provides much-needed stability and solidity to the Proteas' top order coming in at No. 3. She's also a handy bowler, capable of picking up the odd wicket or two with her off-breaks or medium pace.

A top order batter guaranteed to face plenty of balls in her stay at the crease, Anneke Bosch has a high potential for points and is a solid differential.

#2 Aaliyah Alleyne (ALL) (WI)

Seam-bowling all-rounder Aaliyah Alleyne could be a powerful Dream11 differential in this match. While not the most economical of bowlers, she has a knack of picking up wickets, which she showed by picking up the key wickets of Ellyse Perry and Ashleigh Gardner in the Windies' warm-up match against Australia.

While she's most potent with the ball, she's also a handy batter capable of scoring some crucial runs, and against a quality bowling lineup, she's very likely to get called upon to bat.

It's a surprise to see a player with such a high points ceiling owned by very few Dream11 players. She's definitely one to consider as a differential pick.

#1 Nadine de Klerk (ALL) (SA)

It's not very often you see someone like Nadine de Klerk on a list of differentials, but on the eve of this match, she is owned by only 20% of Dream11 players, and those looking for a differential pick should look no further than her.

Nadine is a powerful ball-striker and a bonafide wicket-taker, and the 24-year-old has 97 caps for South Africa. She has picked up 42 wickets in 56 T20Is, also scoring 527 runs at an average of 26.35 in the same number of games.

She should bowl 2-3 overs at minimum and is likely to slot in at No. 6 or No. 7. Another player with a very high points ceiling, Nadine is very close to being a must-have and could be a strong Dream11 differential.
