Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc was spotted in his team's hometown of Maranello in Italy, driving the Ferrari 275 GTB (1964). The car costs upwards of $2 million.

Leclerc owns multiple Ferraris at his home in Monaco. In a recent social media post, he was seen driving a classic car from 1964. The Ferrari 275 GTB has tubular steel bodywork, which, in this picture was painted dark green.

Powered by a naturally aspirated 3.3-litre V12 engine, this Ferrari is capable of producing 280 horsepower at 7600 RPM. The total engine displacement is around 3285cc, making it a powerful car in the segment at the time. The car also features a front-mounted engine and a rear gearbox.

The GTB was part of the Ferrari 275 series. Other cars in the segment include GTS, GTB/4, and the NART Spider. The variants included different camshafts, suspension, and bodywork, depending on where the car was used. The one that Charles Leclerc was seen driving was the factory 275 GTB.

There were other versions of the 275 GTB as well. Leclerc was driving one with the "short nose," meanwhile, the "long nose" included extended bodywork on the front and optional aluminum bodywork.

A look at some of Charles Leclerc's extensive car collection

Charles Leclerc has built himself quite a collection of luxury and sports cars ever since he signed with Ferrari in the 2019 F1 season. While there are diverse cars in his collection, it comes as no surprise that a number of Ferraris dominate the picture.

Here is a list of some of the cars that Charles Leclerc owns.

#1 Ferrari Daytona SP3

His satin black Daytona features a naturally aspirated V12 engine producing 829 horsepower and 6496cc engine displacement. It takes the car merely 2.8 seconds to go from 0 - 60 mph (100 km/h).

#2 Ferrari 812 (Competizione A)

The Competizione A is a limited edition model of the 812. This is also powered by a V12 engine, producing the same displacement as the Daytona. Designed for racing, the car can produce 819 horsepower.

#3 Porsche 911 (R)

The R is a limited edition from Porsche. Only 991 of these units were produced in 2016, one of which is owned by Charles Leclerc. With a 4.0-litre 6-cylinder engine, the car produces 500 horsepower and can go from 0 - 60mph in 3.7 seconds.

Leclerc is regularly spotted by fans in the Principality of Monaco, his hometown. Unlike most F1 drivers who choose to live in Monaco, Leclerc was born there. He also won the Monaco Grand Prix this season for the first time in his career after facing a series of unfortunate events in the previous seasons. It was an emotional victory for him and the entire Ferrari crew.
