India Champions captain Yuvraj Singh reached his fifty with a six over square leg against the Australia Champions in the second semifinal of the World Championship of Legends on Friday, July 12. Brett Lee won the toss and asked the India Champions to bat first.
At the time of writing, Yuvraj Singh's side had finished their innings on 254/6 from their allotted 20 overs.
The India Champions captain led from the front and reached his half-century with a six on the third ball of the 14th over. He again hit Peter Siddle for a six-over mid-wicket off the next delivery. However, the Australian bowler had the last laugh as he got rid of Yuvraj off the fifth ball of the over.

Yuvraj started slowly, as he was on 16 off the same number of deliveries at the end of the 11th over. The classy left-hander then went berserk in the 13th over when he hit two sixes and one four off Xavier Doherty.
He continued his momentum in the following over before getting out to Peter Siddle. The left-handed batter scored 59 runs off 28 balls. He hit four fours and five sixes.

After being asked to bat, the India Champions lost Ambati Rayudu (14) and Suresh Raina (5) early. However, Robin Uthappa was at his best as the right-handed batter played some brilliant shots. He scored 65 runs off 35 balls, hitting six fours and four sixes.
He was well supported by captain Yuvraj, who also scored a brilliant half-century. In the end, it was the Pathan brothers’ show. Yusuf Pathan remained unbeaten on 51 of 23 balls; he smashed four fours and four sixes.
His younger brother, Irfan Pathan, smashed the Australian bowlers all around the park, scoring 50 runs off just 19 balls as the India Champions cantered to a total over 250.
The winner of this match will face the Pakistan Champions in the final of the World Championship of Legends on Saturday, July 13.
