Bangladesh wicketkeeper Litton Das missed an easy run-out chance in the third and final T20I at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad on Saturday, October 12. Das failed to pass the ball to bowler Mustafizur Rahman to complete the runout chance at the non-striker’s end. Hardik Pandya and Riyan Parag both found themselves at the striker’s end.

The missed chance came in the 18th over of India’s innings. Pandya got an inside edge onto the pads and the ball rolled back towards the keeper. The all-rounder wasn’t interested in the run but Parag took off.

Das came up with a wayward throw while backing up. It allowed Pandya to complete the single. The wicketkeeper needed a simple underarm throw, which he failed to execute.
