Surrey, Sussex, Somerset, Essex, and Gloucestershire are still in the first five positions in the South Group points table. Surrey and Sussex each have won six out of their nine matches. While Somerset and Essex have recorded five wins each in nine outings, Gloucestershire have four wins to their name.

Samit Patel's all-round performance seals Derbyshire's four-wicket win
Derbyshire won the toss against Leicestershire and elected to bowl. Lewis Goldsworthy and Ben Cox were the only batters to cross the 20-run mark for Leicestershire. Cox remained unbeaten on 61 runs off 30 deliveries.
Leicestershire posted 184 runs for the loss of six wickets. For Derbyshire, Zak Chappell picked up three wickets, while Samit Patel took two wickets.
Samit Patel shined with the bat as well, smashing an unbeaten 67 runs off 44 deliveries. Wayne Madsen made 46 runs off 35 deliveries as Derbyshire won the match by four wickets in 19.2 overs.
