TNPL 2024 Most Runs and Most Wickets after IDream Tiruppur Tamizhans vs Dindigul Dragons (Updated) ft. Ravichandran Ashwin and P Vignesh

IDream Tiruppur Tamizhans faced Dindigul Dragons in the second qualifier of the Tamil Nadu Premier League 2024 on Friday, August 2, at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. The Dragons won the toss and elected to bowl.

The Tiruppur Tamizhans lost their first five wickets for just 38 runs. S Ganesh and Maan Bafna added 42 runs for the sixth wicket. The team was bundled out for 108 runs in 19.4 overs. Only four batters managed to make a double-digit score for the Tiruppur Tamizhans. P Vignesh was the pick of the bowlers and took three wickets for eight runs in four overs.

Vimal Khumar and Ravichandran Ashwin added 81 runs for the first wicket. Khumar scored 28 runs off 27 deliveries, while Ashwin remained unbeaten on 69 runs off 30 deliveries. The Dragons won the match by nine wickets in 10.5 overs. Vignesh won the Player of the Match award for his bowling performance.
