Let’s take a look at how IPL players fared in the double-header of the TNPL 2024.


Shahrukh Khan (Lyca Kovai Kings)

Gujarat Titans all-rounder Shahrukh Khan displayed an all-round prowess in the previous game against IDream Tiruppur Tamizhans. He played a 55-run knock, featuring four fours and as many sixes, and also picked up two wickets for 18 runs.


Manimaran Siddharth (Lyca Kovai Kings)

Manimaran Siddharth, who represents Lucknow Super Giants in the IPL, went wicketless in the first game against Chepauk Super Gillies. However, he picked up a wicket for the Lyca Kovai Kings in the previous game and conceded 21 runs in his four-over quota.


Jhathavedh Subramanyan (Lyca Kovai Kings)

Jhathavedh Subramanyan, who has played for Sunrisers Hyderabad in the past, picked up a wicket in the opening match against the Gillies. However, he failed to take a wicket in the last game against the Tamizhans.


Vijay Shankar (IDream Tiruppur Tamizhans)

Another Gujarat Titans all-rounder, Vijay Shankar played his first game against Kovai Kings on Sunday. He underperformed with the bat, scoring 16 run-a-ball. However, he bowled at an impressive economy of 7.66 and claimed a wicket in three overs.


Narayan Jagadeesan (Chepauk Super Gillies)

Narayan Jagadeesan had a rough start to his TNPL campaign, scoring 18 runs in the first game. However, he bounced back with a notable 46-ball 63-run knock, featuring six boundaries.


Baba Aparajith (Chepauk Super Gillies)

Baba Aparajith, the former Chennai Super Kings opener and captain of Chepauk Super Gillies, scored 24 runs in the previous game and took his tournament total to 62. He also picked up his first wicket while conceding 24 runs.


Rajagopal Satish (Chepauk Super Gillies)

Rajagopal Satish is having a poor run in the ongoing tournament. He has scored 14 runs in two games, including nine runs in the last game.


Arun Karthik (Nellai Royal Kings)

Arun Karthik, who previously represented Royal Challengers Bengaluru, scored 10 runs in his first game with two fours. He will look to add some more runs in the upcoming game.


Sonu Yadav (Nellai Royal Kings)

Sonu Yadav, the all-rounder for RCB, took a wicket for the Nellai Royal Kings in the last match but struggled with his batting. He will be aiming to improve his performance in the upcoming games.
