London Spirit Women faced Birmingham Phoenix Women in the fifth match of The Hundred Women’s 2024 on Saturday, July 27, at the Lord's in London. Birmingham Phoenix Women won the toss and elected to bowl.

Meg Lanning was the highest scorer for the Spirit and made 53 runs off 41 deliveries. The Spirit posted a total of 147 runs for the loss of nine wickets. Katie Levick was the pick of the bowlers and took three wickets for 24 runs.

Ellyse Perry was the only batter who had a decent outing for the Phoenix as she made 65 runs off 48 deliveries. Phoenix finished with 127 runs for the loss of five wickets and lost the match by 20 runs. Sarah Glenn picked up three wickets for 22 runs. Lanning won the Player of the Match award.
