The Hundred Men's 2024 Most Wickets List Updated after Final

Oval Invincibles and Southern Brave locked horns in The Hundred Men's 2024 Final at Lord’s Stadium in London on Sunday, August 18.

Southern Brave won the toss and opted to bowl first. Oval Invincibles’ opening batter Will Jacks gave them a strong start with a 22-ball 37-run knock. Sam Curran and Jordan Cox scored 25 runs each while Tom Curran added 24 runs to set a 148-run target for the Brave.

Akeal Hosein and Tymal Mills chipped in with three wickets each for the Brave while Jofra Archer took two.

In reply, Alex Davies (35) and James Vince (24) stitched a 58-run opening partnership for the Brave. However, regular wickets began to fall as the Oval Invincibles' bowlers launched a strong counterattack, leading to a 17-run defeat for the Brave.

Saqib Mahmood spearheaded the bowling with three wickets, while Adam Zampa took two, and Nathan Sowter and Will Jacks grabbed one apiece.

James Vince finished as the highest run-getter of the tournament with 424 runs, including four fifties, at an excellent average of 53.

Ben Duckett (269) finished second with an average of 67.25, the best among the top 10.

Phil Salt (228) and Nicholas Pooran (227) were placed third and fourth while Jordan Cox finished fifth with 214 runs.

Tom Banton (211) dropped to sixth spot and Alex Hales (204) slipped to seventh. Meanwhile, Sam Curran (201) moved from ninth to eighth while Dawid Malan descended to ninth with 189 runs.

Alex Davies scored 35 runs in the final and secured the 10th spot with 167 runs.

Adam Zampa and Tymal Mills ended the Hundred Men's 2024 as the top wicket-takers with 19 wickets each. However, Zampa boasted a better economy rate of 7.33 compared to Mills' 9.30.

Sam Curran secured third place with 17 wickets, while Chris Jordan moved up from fifth to fourth with 15, pushing Tim Southee, who has 14 wickets, down to fifth.

Adam Milne maintained his position at sixth with 12 wickets, and Akeal Hossein climbed to seventh, also with 12 wickets, after taking three in his last game.

Haris Rauf rose to eighth, and Sean Abbott dropped to ninth, with 11 wickets each, while Rashid Khan rounded out the top ten with nine wickets.
