The first semi-final of the Sher-e-Punjab T20 Cup 2024 saw the Trident Stallions beat the Agri Kings Knights by 57 runs on Tuesday, June 25. Abhay Chaudhary smashed 92 runs upfront. Meanwhile, contributions from skipper Prabhsimran Singh (40) and Sahil Sharma (34*) propelled the Stallions to a total of 203/8 batting first.
Sumit Sharma and Varinder Singh picked up three wickets each for the Knights. However, they were nowhere in the chase, being skittled out for just 146 runs. Varinder (49) and Aryan Bhatia (27*) were their significant scorers while the rest of the batters failed to support them. Gurwinder Singh Bhullar bagged three wickets for the Stallions while Gurnoor Brar, Shubham Rana, and Ramandeep Singh chipped in with a couple each.
In the second semi-final, blistering half-centuries from Harnoor Singh Pannu (96) and captain Naman Dhir (59) helped BLV Blasters post a massive total of 224/6. JK Super Strikers' skipper Sanvir Singh picked up three wickets while Sahil Khan picked up a couple as well.
In reply, the Super Strikers were bowled out for 171, handing the Blasters an impressive 53-run win. Prerit Dutta smashed a 25-ball 50 but it wasn't enough to take them over the line. Aaradhya Shukla, Simranjeet Singh, and Aryan Mehra grabbed two wickets apiece for the Blasters.

Harnoor Singh jumped from third to first position in the Sher-e-Punjab T20 2024 most-runs list with 495 runs from 11 innings with a strike rate of 152.31. Kartik Sharma, with 457 runs from ten matches with a strike rate of 168.01, dropped from first to second position, losing his top spot in this list.
Abhay Choudhary moved four spots up to the third position with 435 runs from 11 innings, striking at 151.04. With 428 runs from ten matches, Anmolpreet Singh occupies the fourth position.
Prabhsimran Singh, with 404 runs from 11 innings, has retained his fifth position while Anmol Malhotra, with 387 runs, dropped two places from fourth to sixth.

Gurnoor Brar has consolidated his top position in the Sher-e-Punjab T20 2024most wickets list with 20 scalps from ten innings.
Similarly, Sahil Khan added to his tally, retaining his second position with 17 wickets from ten matches. With 16 wickets from 11 matches, Harpreet Brar also remains in the third position.
Emanjot Singh Chahal, with 14 wickets and an economy of 7.92, also retained his fourth position in this list. Siddharth Kaul, also with 14 wickets at an economy of 8.03, remains at number five.
