Derbyshire chased down the target of 254 runs against Durham with four wickets in hand in the Royal London One Day Cup 2024 on August 14. Scott Borthwick was the highest scorer in the match and made 104 runs off 126 deliveries.

Essex won their match against Sussex by five wickets and chased down the target of 227 runs in 45.2 overs. The match between Warwickshire and Nottinghamshire was reduced to 48 overs per side due to rain. Nottinghamshire won the match by 12 runs after posting a total of 182 runs.
