Madhya Pradesh T20 League 2024: Top run-getters and wicket-takers after Bhopal Leopards vs Rewa Jaguars, Match 7 (Updated) ft. Himanshu Mantri

The sixth and seventh game of the Madhya Pradesh T20 League 2024 took place on Wednesday. Jabalpur Lions and Bhopal Leopards secured victories over Malwa Panthers and Rewa Jaguars, respectively.

The Panthers managed to score 51 runs in five overs in the first innings. Chanchal Rathore top-scored with 17 off five deliveries, while Rajat Patidar amassed 14 off six balls.

The Lions, in reply, chased down the score in just 3.5 overs, courtesy of a 39-run knock off 16 deliveries from Abhishek Pathak.

In the second match of the day, the Leopards took on the Jaguars at Gwalior International Cricket Stadium. Rewa Jaguars were bundled out for 141 runs in the first innings. Himanshu Mantri was the standout performer with the bat, amassing 52 off 34 balls. For Bhopal, Mihir Hirwani was the pick of the bowlers, claiming three wickets for 18 runs in four overs.

Leopards, later, chased down the target in 18.5 overs. Harsh Gawali (43 off 43) and Aniket Verma (34 off 22) made significant contributions with the bat.

Himanshu Mantri asserts his dominance at the top with 152 runs, followed by Harsh Gawli at second with 107 runs. At number three is Parth Sahani with 98 runs, while Prithviraj Singh Tomar is at four with 96 runs.

Apurve Dwivedi is at five with 93 runs, while Aniket Verma is at sixth with 89 runs. The No. 7 and No. 8 spots are occupied by Harsh Dixit (81) and Arpit Gaud (77), respectively. At number nine is Akshat Raghuwanshi with 77 runs in two matches. Shubham Sharma rounds off the top ten spots with 69 runs under his name.

The No.5 and No.6 places are occupied by Shivam Shukla (5) and Tripuresh Singh (4), respectively.

Ankit Kushwah is at sixth with four wickets, while Priyanshu Shukla is at seventh with four wickets under his belt. Puneet Datey is at eighth with four wickets, followed by Kumar Kartikeya at ninth with four wickets.

Vishnu Bhardwaj rounds off the top ten spots with four wickets under his belt.
