Canada won the toss and elected to bat first. With Shreyas Movva’s 65, Harsh Thaker’s 35, and Dilpreet Bajwa’s 25, they had racked up a 195-run target. Saad Bin Zafar (22) and Dillon Heyliger (12) also made handy contributions in the lower middle order.

Kyle Klein led the Netherlands bowling attack with a four-wicket haul while Paul van Meekeren took three wickets. Vivian Kingma, Aryan Dutt, and Michael Levitt claimed one wicket each.
