Global T20 Canada 2024 Most Runs and Most Wickets after Toronto Nationals vs Vancouver Knights (Updated) ft. Richie Berrington and Romario Shepherd

Brampton Wolves took on Bangla Tigers Mississauga in the 14th match of Global T20 Canada 2024 and elected to bowl after winning the toss. Bangla Tigers couldn’t do much with the bat and were bundled out for just 79 runs in 13 overs. No batter could score more than 20 runs for the team. Andrew Tye and Thomas Draca picked up three wickets each for the Wolves.

David Warner’s knock of 44* off 33 deliveries was enough for the Wolves to cross the line. They won the match by eight wickets in 11.2 overs. Tye won the Player of the Match award for his bowling performance.

In the match between Toronto Nationals and Vancouver Knights, the Knights won the toss and elected to bowl. The Nationals somehow crawled to a total of 127 runs for the loss of nine wickets. Mohammad Amir picked up three wickets for 24 runs in four overs.

The Knights wrote a completely different story with the bat. Despite Richie Berrington’s 52 runs off 44 deliveries, they fell short of the target by 19 runs and were bundled out for 108. Romario Shepherd shined with the ball and picked up three wickets for 17 runs in 3.5 overs and won the Player of the Match award.

Reeza Hendricks moved to third place from fourth and has made 115 runs in six games at an average of 23. Beau Webster jumped to the fourth position from 10th and has scored 113 runs in five outings at a strike rate of 117.7.

Iftikhar Ahmed moved to fifth place from ninth and has 112 runs to his name in five matches at an average of 28.
