"Deeply moved by our fans' response" - Krunal Pandya hails Vadodara crowd for making way for ambulance during Hardik Pandya's parade

Krunal Pandya and Hardik Pandya were both moved by the reception they received in Vadodara

All-rounder Krunal Pandya was present at his brother Hardik Pandya's victory parade in Vadodara after the latter played a crucial role in India's 2024 T20 World Cup win. Krunal was moved by a heartwarming gesture by the Vadodara crowd during Hardik's parade.

A viral video on social media showed how the fans at the parade gave way for an ambulance to pass so that a life could be saved. Krunal took to X and quoted the video, expressing his emotions seeing the gesture and also thanked the fans for the response to Hardik's parade.

"Experiencing the incredible love in Vadodara - a city that we consider as our temple - was unforgettable. Huge thanks to everyone who cleared the way for an ambulance amid the celebrations. This gesture truly shows the spirit of responsible citizens. Deeply moved by our fans' response. 🙏❤️🚑 #Vadodara #Community #Humanity."

Krunal claimed that the gesture from the fans showed the true spirit of the city of Vadodara.


Hardik Pandya had earlier shared a video of his parade

Hardik Pandya had also taken to his social media to show his gratitude towards everyone who had gathered in his victory parade in Vadodara. He expressed his emotions through a video that had snippets of his parade and captioned the post:

"Surreal ❤️ Thank you for all the love Baroda, thank you for the support and thank you for making this such a special day. So many emotions, but always grateful. 🙏🇮🇳"

After a tough time in the IPL 2024 season, Hardik Pandya produced a sensational comeback in the T20 World Cup, playing a major role in the Men in Blue ending their 11-year wait for an ICC Trophy.

Hardik scored 144 runs as finisher at a strike rate of more than 150 and also picked up 11 wickets, returning with sensational figures of 3/20 in the final.
