Bengal Pro T20 League 2024 Top run-getters and wicket-takers after Sobisco Smashers Malda vs Adamas Howrah Warriors (Updated) ft. Priyanshu Srivastava

Rashmi Medinipur Wizards won the toss against the Lux Shyam Kolkata Tigers and elected to bowl in the Bengal Pro T20 League 2024 on June 16. Abhishek Porel was the highest scorer for the Tigers and made 30 runs off 40 deliveries. Vaibhav Yadav and Shreyan Swarup Chakraborty took two wickets each for the Wizards.

Wriddhiman Saha and Vivek Singh added 40 runs for the first wicket for the Wizards. Saha was dismissed after scoring 36 runs off 22 deliveries. Vivek added a further 85 runs for the second wicket with Priyanshu Gaurav Srivastav. Their partnership helped the Wizards reach the target of 121 runs in 17.2 overs with nine wickets in hand.

Adamas Howrah Warriors elected to field after winning the toss against Sobisco Smashers Malda in the 11th match. Writtick Chatterjee’s knock of 30 runs off 24 deliveries helped the Smashers post a total of 122 runs. Soumyadip Mandal, Aamir Gani, and Saksham Chaudhary took two wickets each for the Warriors.

The Warriors were bundled out for 86 runs and lost the match by 36 runs. Only four batters managed to make a double-digit score. Mukesh Kumar was the pick of the bowlers and took two wickets for nine runs in three overs.
