The Major League Cricket 2024 will bring the fever of T20 cricket back to the USA. After a successful first season, the second edition will start on Saturday, July 6.
A total of 25 matches will be played during the second season of the Major League Cricket. Sixteen out of the 25 games will be played at the Grand Prairie Stadium in Dallas. The playoffs and the final will be played at the same venue.
The six participating teams are - Texas Super Kings, Los Angeles Knight Riders, San Francisco Unicorns, Washington Freedom, MI New York, and Seattle Orcas.
MI New York will take on Seattle Orcas in the opening match of the tournament. It will be a repeat of last season's final. MI New York won that match by seven wickets.
