Madhya Pradesh T20 League 2024: Top run-getters and wicket-takers after Bhopal Leopards vs Gwalior Cheetahs (Updated) ft. Venkatesh Iyer

Bhopal Leopards took on Gwalior Cheetahs in the fourth match of the Madhya Pradesh T20 League 2024 on Monday. Bhopal Legends batted first and put on a 183-run total in the first innings.

Aniket Verma was the standout performer with the bat. He smashed 52 runs in just 25 deliveries, hitting two fours and five sixes. The likes of Siddharth Patidar (25 off 22) and Gautam Raghuwanshi (21 off 20) made handy contributions as well.

The match was shortened and the revised target for Gwalior Cheetahs was 81 runs from eight overs. Interestingly, they managed to score 80 runs for the loss of five wickets and the game went to the super over. Shivang Kumar top-scored with the bat in the second innings, amassing 24 off 18.

The likes of Aporve Dwivedi (18) and Venkatesh Iyer (15) chipped in with handy contributions. In the super over, Bhopal amassed 12 runs in six balls. Venkatesh Iyer smashed two massive sixes in reply, to achieve the target and win the game for his side.

Parth Sahani is sitting atop the points table with 85 runs in two matches, followed by Apurve Dwivedi (79) at second. Arpit Gaud is at number three with 77 runs, while Prithviraj Singh Tomar is occupying the fourth spot with 77 runs to his name.

At number five is Akshat Raghuwanshi with 72 runs under his belt. Himanshu Mantri is at sixth with 68 runs, followed by Harsh Gawali (64) at seventh. Shubham Sharma occupies the eighth position with 61 runs.

The ninth and tenth spots are occupied by Aniket Verma (55) and Arshad Khan (48), respectively.

Aniket Singh Kushwah is at the top of the wickets tally with four scalps under his belt. Vishnu Bhardwaj is at second with four wickets to his name as well. Shivam Shukla is at third with three wickets, followed by Harshwardhan Singh at fourth with as many wickets.

Ritesh Shakya finds himself at the fifth spot with three wickets, while Ashwin Das is at the sixth position with three wickets. The seventh and eighth spots are occupied by Kumar Kartikeya (2) and Kulwant Khejroliya (2), respectively.

Tripuresh Singh (2) and Mihir Hirwani (2) are occupying the ninth and tenth spots, respectively.
