Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium, Dambulla pitch report

The surface at Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium in Dambulla is bowling-friendly. The pacers get a good amount of assistance from the surface while bowling with the new ball. There will be some extra zip off the surface due to the grass present on the pitch here.

The batters will have to adapt to the conditions quickly. It won’t be easy to take down the opposition’s bowlers from the word go. Spending some time in the middle will be the key for the batters.
