Global T20 Canada 2024: How to purchase tickets? 

The Global T20 Canada has returned for its fourth season. Vancouver Knights and the Toronto Nationals will be up against each other in the opening game of the upcoming season on Thursday, July 25.

All 25 matches in the tournament will be staged at the CAA Centre in Brampton, Ontario. 21 matches in the league stage will be followed by Qualifier 1, Eliminator and Qualifier 2. The final will take place on August 11.

Brampton Wolves, Surrey Jaguars, Bangla Tigers Mississauga, and Montreal Tigers are the other four teams taking part in the tournament. Montreal Tigers are the defending champions after they defeated the Jaguars by five wickets in the final last year.

Sherfane Rutherford won the Player of the Match award in the final after he scored an unbeaten 38 off 29 balls with the help of three fours and two sixes. The final went right down to the wire. With 13 runs needed off the last over, Andre Russell smashed Ammar Khalid for two sixes and guided the Tigers to glory.

This year as well, the Tigers have a strong squad at their disposal. Chris Lynn, Tom Latham, and Gerhard Erasmus add strength to their top order. Rutherford has stayed with them. Apart from being a top-class batter, he can also chip in with useful overs.

Azmatullah Omarzai and Mohammad Saifuddin are handy all-rounders. Naveen-ul-Haq and Zahoor Khan are quality fast bowlers and should lead their bowling attack. Ben Manenti has experience of playing in the Big Bash League (BBL).

Tickets for Global T20 Canada 2024 will be available on the official website of the tournament. Four kinds of tickets are available – Grass Bank Season Pass (115 Canadian dollars), Silver Season Pass (270 Canadian dollars), Gold Season Pass (415 Canadian dollars) and VIP Season Pass (635 Canadian dollars). Tickets can be collected from thew TD Cricket Arena.
