New Jersey Stallions will depend heavily on two of their key stars, Jasdeep Singh, and Saiteja Mukkamalla when they begin their campaign in the Minor League Cricket 2024.
Jasdeep was a part of the squad for the United States in the T20 World Cup 2024. Overall, in 23 T20 matches, the 31-year-old cricketer has taken 26 wickets at an economy rate of nine. He also has a top score of 31, which means he can add useful runs lower down the order.
Saiteja, on the other hand, is young, but has loads of talent. The 20-year-old has a top score of 120 in ODIs during his career and represented the Texas Super Kings in the Major League Cricket. In two T20 matches until now, the youngster has scored 76 runs at an average of 38 with a top score of 52 to his name.
Last time around, the Stallions finished second in the league stage with 12 points and a net run rate of 0.474 thanks to wins in four of their six games. However, they failed to finish in the top four after being eliminated in the knockout stage. They will eagerly be looking to make amends this time around with some strong performances.
The Stallions are in the East Division of the tournament along with Manhattan Yorkers, New England Eagles, New Jersey Somerset Cavaliers, New York Titans and the Philadelphians.
