The European Cricket Championship (ECC) 2024 kicked off on September 23 with a new format, dividing the tournament into two divisions: the Challenger Division (Groups 1 and 2) and the Premier Division (Groups A, B, C, and D).
The ECC Premier Division Group B matches will take place from Sunday, October 6, to Wednesday, October 9, following the conclusion of Group A on October 5.
Group B includes five teams: Austria, Germany, Denmark, Romania, and Hungary. The top four teams from this group will advance to the knockout stage, featuring an eliminator, two qualifiers, and the final.
The winner of Qualifier 1 will directly advance to the final, while the loser will get another chance by playing the winner of the Eliminator for a spot in the Group B final. The knockout matches will be played on October 8 and 9.
