European Cricket Championship, Group A 2024: Full schedule, squads, match timings, and live-streaming details

The European Cricket Championship (ECC) 2024 began on September 23 with a new format, with all matches taking place at the Cartama Oval in Cartama, Spain. The competition is split into two divisions - the Challenger Division (Groups 1 and 2) and the Premier Division (Groups A, B, C, and D).

The ECC Premier Division Group A matches will be held from Thursday, October 3, to Saturday, October 5. After the conclusion of the Challenger Division on Wednesday, October 2, the Premier Division will begin its group stage, which runs from October 3 to October 14. Twenty-one teams will compete in the Premier Division, with five teams each in Groups A, B, C, and D, while England XI have secured direct qualification to the Champions Week starting on October 15, 2024.

Group A of the Premier Division has five teams - France, Guernsey, Ireland XI, Scotland XI, and Portugal. The top four teams from this group will move on to the knockout phase, which includes an Eliminator, two Qualifiers, and the final.

The winner of Qualifier 1 will proceed directly to the final while the loser will have another opportunity to face the winner of the Eliminator for a spot in the Group A final. These knockout matches are scheduled for October 5 and 6.
