Assam T20 Pride Cup 2024 Telecast Channel: Where to watch and live streaming details in India

The Assam T20 Pride Cup 2024 is scheduled to take place from September 2 to 18. All 33 matches in the tournament will be played at the Nehru Stadium in Guwahati.

Ankurjyoti Club, City Cricket Club, Bud Cricket Club, Gauhati Town Club, New Star Club and River Rine Club are the six participating teams. The competition will be in a double round-robin format.

The top four teams will reach the semi-finals. The final will be on September 18. Two matches will take place every day till the semis. The first match of the day will start at 8:45 a.m. IST followed by the second at 1 p.m. IST.

New Star Club are the defending champions, beating Ankurjyoti Club by seven runs in last season's final in November 2023. After being asked to bat first, New Star put up a decent score of 157 for the loss of five wickets

Parvej Musaraf scored 61 off 49 with the help of five fours and a six. He got good support from Varun Jajodia, who scored 76 runs off 42 balls with nine fours and three sixes, but his knock for Ankurjyoti Club eventually went in vain. Bonojiy Adhikari picked up three wickets, while Rangajyoti Khargoria accounted for two scalps.

Fast bowler Krishna Das is among the top players in the competition, having played 49 first-class, 23 List A and 11 T20 matches for Assam. He's a part of the Bud Cricket Club in the Assam T20 Pride Cup.
