The 29th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 saw Rashid Khan help the Gujarat Titans beat the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) by three wickets off the last ball in a thrilling run-chase.
CSK put up a modest total of 169/5 batting first. The chase did not start well for Gujarat and they were in deep trouble, having lost half the side with just 87 runs on the board.
Leading the Titans in this game, Rashid combined forces with David Miller to script an exceptional comeback from that point. While Miller led the charge with an unbeaten 51-ball 94, Rashid's contribution held equal weight, as he slammed an unbeaten 21-ball 40, striking at 190.47.

The MI New York were up against the Texas Super Kings in the 12th game of the MLC 2024. After bowling first, they were set a target of 177 runs for victory.
They lost early wickets, which put them in trouble right away in their reply. It continued to get worse for the MLC defending champions as they were down to 52/5 in no time.

MI New York faced Texas Super Kings yet again in the 2024 MLC season, this time in the eliminator.
Batting first, they were once again in slight trouble, being reduced to 67/3 in 10.1 overs. However, Rashid Khan stood up with the bat once again, giving the Texas bowlers a tough time.
He scored a crucial 55 run-knock, which came off just 30 deliveries at a strike rate of 183.33, which propelled them to a fighting total of 163/8. Eventually, it did not prove to be enough as Texas made light work of the chase, winning the game in just 18.3 overs with nine wickets to spare.
