The No. 15 Oklahoma Sooners host the No. 6 Tennessee Volunteers in the first conference game for both teams. Oklahoma faces a tall task against a top-six team for the first game in the SEC. The game in Norman, Oklahoma, is probably the most-anticipated encounter in Week 4 of college football.

Who's the favorite for Tennessee vs. Oklahoma?

The Tennessee Volunteers are slight favorites, with the odd makers making the team the favorite by a touchdown; however, anything could happen in a game with teams this closely matched. If anything, this is an opportunity for the Vols to close the gap in the head-to-head series. Currently, Oklahoma leads the matchup 3-1.

The last game between these programs came almost a decade ago, in the 2015 season. In a close encounter, the Sooners edged out the Vols by one touchdown after two overtimes with the final score of 31-24. The game was played at Neyland Stadium in Tennessee and Oklahoma also won a game at Norman in 2014.

The Volunteers' only win in the series was the first game, back on January 2, 1939. Tennessee won the game 17-0.
