Travis Hunter had offers from 18 colleges

According to ESPN, Travis Hunter had scholarship offers to play football for the cream of the college football crop. He racked up offers from Alabama, Auburn, Clemson, East Carolina, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Liberty, LSU, Michigan, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and UCF.

Hunter looked poised to join the Florida State Seminoles before he flipped his commitment to join the Deion Sanders-coached Jackson State University. He featured for Jackson State for one season before joining Sanders at the Colorado Buffaloes.

During his first season with the Colorado Buffaloes, Hunter compiled 721 receiving yards and five TDs as a wide receiver and 31 tackles, five pass deflections, and three interceptions as a defensive back. He earned an array of accolades, including consensus All-American honors. He's poised to put up a show in his second season with the Buffaloes.
