Shedeur Sanders gives a heartwarming welcome to Omarion Miller

Shedeur Sanders and the rest of the Colorado Buffaloes roster embraced Omarion Miller after team practice on Friday. Miller was at the team facility and was visibly emotional at the kind gesture.

The incident took place a few days after the sophomore pass-catcher suffered a lower leg injury in the loss to Kansas State. During the game, Miller amassed a stat line of 145 receiving yards and looked poised for more.

However, an opposing defender executed a hip drop tackle thus potentially ending what looked to be a promising season. Sadly, Miller must now embark on a long rehabilitation process to potentially be ready for the 2025 season.

How have Omarion Miller and the Colorado Buffaloes performed this season?

Omarion Miller was having a decent season before an untimely injury. Miller had amassed a stat line of 10 catches, 216 receiving yards and one touchdown in two games.

The Colorado Buffaloes are having an impressive season under Coach Deion Sanders. They started the year with a close 31-26 victory over the North Dakota State Bison but lost the next game 28-10 to the Nebraska Cornhuskers.

The Buffaloes then embarked on a three-game winning streak, beating the Colorado State Rams,Baylor Bears and UCF Knights. The UCF victory was particularly satisfying, as the Buffaloes came into the game as significant underdogs but left with a 48-21 win.

Last week's 31-28 loss to the Kansas State Wildcats could be seen as a slight blip if Shedeur Sanders and Co. can snag a win against the Arizona Wildcats in Week 8. Let's see what Coach Prime's team can conjure up away from home on Saturday.
