These teams are completely heading in opposite directions, as the Texas Longhorns are one of the best overall teams in college football. While a lot of the focus has been on Texas' offense, its defense has allowed just 12 total points to the Wolverines and the Colorado State Rams.

UTSA does not have too much of a running attack, as they're averaging 79.0 yards per game on the ground and just 2.5 yards per carry thus far.

These teams should be able to score, as the majority of the points will be coming from Texas. There is a reason why the Longhorns are 2-0 against the spread while the Roadrunners are 0-2 against the spread, so go with Texas to cover the massive spread in this game.
