Tre Harris is heading into his second season at Ole Miss after transferring from the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs in 2023. The wide receiver from Lafayette is one of the most exciting players who will be donning the Rebels uniform in the upcoming season.

Harris is undoubtedly one of the top-rated players left on the Ole Miss roster ahead of the 2024 season and he's being touted to be a top pick in 2025. He has proven that he can be the best player on the field and would add a vertical element to the offense of any team.

Tre Harris Draft Projection

Tre Harris possesses a whole lot of attributes that will make him coveted among NFL teams next year and this could help elevate his draft stock in a lot of ways. His precision in route running presents him as a top-quality receiver for any team.

He adeptly blends his size with impressive speed, showcasing exceptional acceleration off the line, particularly notable for a receiver of his stature. Additionally, he demonstrates smoothness and balance in his movements, exhibiting a natural ability to set up defensive backs effectively.

Moreover, he is often able to outrun defenders in catch-and-run scenarios, showcasing his ability to create separation and capitalize on open space. He is currently a potential Day 2 pick, with strong chances of rising to the first round.

Tre Harris' College career so far

Tre Harris appeared in seven games and had one reception for 20 yards in his first year at Louisiana Tech. He, however, played 12 games, starting nine of them in 2021. He was the team's second-leading receiver with 40 catches for 562 yards and four touchdowns.

The next season, he caught 65 receptions for 935 yards and was named first-team All-Conference USA. He transferred out of Louisiana Tech after three years, finishing with 106 receptions for 1,527 receiving yards with 14 touchdowns.

In his debut season for the Ole Miss in 2023, he recorded 54 receptions for 985 receiving yards and eight touchdowns in 12 games. The wide receiver will be hoping for another brilliant year in the upcoming college football season.
