The fan-favorite Dynasty game mode is returning in EA Sports College Football 25. It allows players to take control of any college football program. Players can completely turn around a program and create a yearly title contender or choose an established program and maintain a championship culture.
EA Sports College Football 25 officially releases on July 19, or July 16 for those who preordered the deluxe edition. With the release just over two weeks away, here are 10 of the top programs players can control in Dynasty Mode for this year's game.
Top 10 programs to play with in EA Sports College Football 25 Dynasty game mode
No. 10 Hawaii Rainbow Warriors
Hawaii would allow players to rebuild a program that has missed out on a bowl game the last three consecutive seasons. If their performance of the Haka before each game is included in EA Sports College Football 25, it would give players a chance to be a part of one of the most unique traditions in college football.
No. 9 Temple Owls
The Temple Owls haven't had a winning season since 2019, so they would be a great Dynasty Mode program to rebuild for players looking for a challenge. They have gone 3-9 the last three consecutive seasons with just four conference wins in the last four campaigns.
Temple's last postseason win came in the Union Home Mortgage Gasparilla Bowl in 2017, and they are 3-6 all-time in bowl games.
No. 8 UAB Blazers
The UAB football program was terminated in 2015 before returning in 2017. The Blazers have gone 3-2 in bowl games since their program was reinstated and will be playing their second season under former NFL quarterback Trent Dilfer after going 4-8 last season following their move from the CUSA to the American Conference.
UAB would give EA Sports College Football 25 Dynasty Mode players a unique opportunity to create a contending team from a program that was recently on a two-year hiatus.
No. 7 Western Kentucky Hilltoppers
Western Kentucky was the 2002 FCS national champion before moving to the FBS for the 2007 season. Since then, the Hilltoppers are 7-3 in bowl games, including bowl game wins in the last three straight seasons.
Players could attempt to bring the Hilltoppers to the national stage once again in EA Sports College Football 25 Dynasty Mode with their mascot Big Red cheering them on from the sidelines.
No. 6 Tulsa Golden Hurricane
Tulsa will be a top team for Dynasty Mode in EA Sports College Football with an 11-12 record in bowl games. They have been ranked as high as No. 23 in the CFP rankings during the 2020 season but have never made a national championship game.
Tulsa has been in a downward trend over the last two seasons, going 4-8 in 2023 with just two conference wins.

No. 5 Coastal Carolina Chanticleers
EA Sports College Football 25 Dynasty Mode players can attempt to build a winning program at Coastal Carolina on their unique teal-colored turf. The Chanticleers moved to the FBS for the 2017 season and have gone 2-2 in bowl games since then.
They have proved to be a winning team at the FBS level, being ranked as high as No. 9 in the AP Poll during the 2020 season.
No. 4 Navy Midshipmen
If players opt to take control of Navy in Dynasty, they will have the challenge of bringing the program their first winning season since 2020. The Army-Navy game is also one of the most anticipated matchups in college football each season, and EA Sports College Football 25 would place players at the forefront of that intense atmosphere.
No. 3 East Carolina Pirates
East Carolina features some of the most beautiful uniform combinations in college football but has shown those uniforms off in just one bowl game in the last nine seasons. The Pirates were last ranked in the AP Poll during the 2014 season and went just 2-10 last season with one conference win.
Dynasty Mode players will have a chance to bring the Pirates their eighth conference title and their first NCAA championship in EA Sports College Football 25.
No. 2 West Virginia Mountaineers
Players will get to bring West Virginia back to their former college football success in EA Sports College Football 25's Dynasty Mode. The team hasn't been ranked in the last five seasons after being ranked as high as No. 2 during the 2007 season.
West Virginia went 9-4 last season, their best record since the 2016 season. The challenge for players using West Virginia in Dynasty will be bringing them to the College Football Playoffs for the first time and competing for their first national championship.
No. 1 Boise State Broncos
Players will have the chance to bring Boise State their 22nd conference championship in program history on their blue turf at Albertsons Stadium in EA Sports College Football 25. Boise State has a 13-8 record in bowl games, including 16 straight bowl game appearances from 2002 to 2017.
They went 10-4 in 2022 and went 8-0 against Mountain West Conference opponents. However, they took a step back last season, going 8-6 overall with a 7-2 conference record and losing to UCLA in the LA Bowl.
