Maryland vs Indiana game preview

The Hoosiers were impressive during their Week 4 game against the Charlotte 49ers. Quarterback Kurtis Rourke was highly efficient, completing 16-of-20 passes for 258 yards and one touchdown. He also rushed for 32 yards on four carries, including a score. On defense, the Hoosiers allowed only 14 points to be scored.

"I think he's playing pretty well," Indiana coach Curt Cignetti said about Rourke's performance after Week 3 via SI.com. "He will be the first to tell you it wasn't perfect and he came back from what I thought was a really outstanding performance against UCLA with a pretty solid performance today but that's why we recruited him, too, he had already proven himself on tape."

Meanwhile, the Terrapins suffered one loss (versus Michigan State) while winning three straight games against Uconn, Virginia and Villanova. Quarterback Billy Edwards Jr. threw for 328 yards, two touchdowns and one interception in last week's win over Villanova.

“Our offensive line is a work in progress,” Maryland coach Michael Locksley said ahead of Saturday's game via DBKNews.com. “We’re doing a great job of protecting our quarterback. [But] sometimes sacks aren’t always offensive-line driven.”

The Maryland Terrapins will likely make it tough for the Indiana Hoosiers to remain undefeated. However, expect Curt Cignetti's Hoosiers to make it 5-0 as they enter the contest as 7.0-point home favorites.
