Fans shared their thoughts on the father-son basketball duo attending the Buffs' week 7 game. One fan said that it was a trivial matter that Carmelo was wearing an Avs jersey.

"Thoughts? Seems petty"

Another had an explicit take on the situation.

"Looks like a b**ch"

One fan said that one should wear a Prime shirt while attending the Buffs' college football games rather than wearing an Avs jersey.

"Why is he not at Avs game for home opener? If you're going to a buffs game at least wear a prime shirt!"

One fan wasn't happy that Carmelo's son Kiyan was wearing a Detroit Red Wings jersey.

"Nah his sons' wearing that Red Wings jersey though, along with Melo being Melo. Escort them the f**k outta there."

Another fan said that Carmelo made a good first attempt at re-establishing his connection with Denver.

"Good for Melo. 1st attempt ever to reconncert with Denver."

Colorado in the backseat at half time against Kansas State

Coach Prime and the Buffs are trailing 14-7 at halftime against the Wildcats. They took the lead in the first quarter when Shedeur Sanders found LaJohntay Wester with a 25-yard TD pass. However, the Wildcats were quick to respond as they put themselves on the scoreboard for the night.

Kansas State QB Avery Johnson leveled the scores with an eight-yard TD. In the second quarter, the Wildcats took the lead, thanks to a touchdown by running back Dylan Edwards. Colorado will have to reassess its strategy to make a comeback in the second half as it seeks to continue its two-game winning streak.
