DJ Uiagalelei will be the Florida State Seminoles' starting quarterback and is working his way through becoming an impactful player this year. But before preparing himself for the upcoming season, he spent some much-needed time with his fiancee, Ava Pritchard.

Uiagalelei proposed to Ava in May with an oval-cut diamond engagement ring. She showed off the same ring in her latest Instagram picture carousel.

Pritchard shared a series of snaps where she could be seen posing in front of a mirror. The snaps also included Uiagalelei suiting up in Seminoles uniform.

Uiagalelei and Pritchard got engaged in Hawaii

The pictures from the couple's engagement day gained a lot of attention as the QB proposed to his longtime girlfriend in Hawaii. They posed in front of a beautiful spot decorated with white flower petals and candles.

DJ Uiagalelei wore an athleisure set, while Ava Pritchard donned a yellow knit maxi dress for the occasion.

“It was always You 💍.”

Pritchard was a college volleyball player for the Clemson Tigers' volleyball squad and played for the team from 2018 to 2021. She was also the team's captain in 2021 and finished the season with 180 points, 130 kills and 18 digs.

DJ Uiagalelei's physical attributes can make him a future star at Florida State

The former Clemson QB stands at 6-foot-4 and weighs 252 pounds. On Monday, the Seminoles' senior OT, Darius Washington, compared his size to that of a defensive lineman.

“That is a quarterback that looks like a defensive lineman,” Washington said, as per The Clemson Insider.

The Seminoles do not need Uiagalelei to become a DB as they already have them on the squad, but they will require him to step up and take charge of this year's college football season.

At Clemson, he led the Tigers to a 22-6 record and the 2022 ACC Championship. However, Uiagalelei's performance declined in the late 2022 season, and Cade Klubnik replaced him in the ACC Championship Game.

He then transferred to Oregon State, where he amassed the same number and led the team to an 8-4 record. As per Washington, the QB does not talk much about his time at Clemson.

DJ Uiagalelei's maturity, professionalism, physical strength and genuine care for the program are predicted to help him become the top star of the team and of college football in the upcoming season.
