Caleb Williams went to the Chicago Bears as the top pick in the 2024 NFL draft and signed a four-year, $39.5 million contract with the franchise. However, the former Oklahoma quarterback has made it clear that he is still a hater of the Texas Longhorns.

In a clip from the upcoming season of the Bears' "Hard Knocks" series, Williams took a cheeky jibe at Sarkisian's Longhorns while revealing his signing bonus to his teammates.

"Caleb Williams. Went to USC and Oklahoma," Williams said in what appeared to be an introduction ceremony at the team's training camp. "Horns still down. Fight on. And my signing bonus is $25.5 million."

Williams played one season at Oklahoma in 2021, before transferring to USC. He played two years with the Trojans before declaring for the 2024 NFL draft.

During his collegiate career, Williams played against Texas just once, and it came when he was at Oklahoma. However, it seems that was enough to make him detest the Longhorns.

In the thrilling Red River Rivalry game in 2021, Williams completed 16 of 25 passes for 212 yards and two touchdowns. He also rushed for one touchdown to help the Sooners to a 55-48 win over Texas.

Although Williams has now joined the NFL's Chicago Bears, his recent comments from the aforementioned clip suggest that his loyalties still lie with the Sooners at the collegiate level.

The first episode of the Bears' "Hard Knocks" show will premiere on Tuesday, August 6.

Less than a month after the Chicago Bears drafted Caleb Williams, coach Matt Eberflus made it clear that the former Heisman Trophy winner will be the starting quarterback for the team in the 2024 season.

"No conversation. He's the starter," Eberflus told the reporter at the start of Bears' rookie camp on May 10.

Williams finished his college career with 10,082 yards and 93 touchdowns on 735 passes in three years. He also rushed for 945 yards and recorded 27 touchdowns across 36 games.
