#10. Nick Nash, San Jose State

The 6-foot-3 Nash led San Jose State in receiving a season ago (48 catches, 728 yards, eight TDs), but nobody expected the kind of start he's had this year. Nash leads the nation in receptions and yardage with 34 catches for 485 yards and six scores in just three games.

#9. Mac Dalena, Fresno State

A season ago, senior Dalena caught 47 passes for 509 yards for the Bulldogs. But he's opened 2024 on a whole other level. With 15 catches, Dalena has already gained 384 yards with three scores. His 25.6 yards per catch has been phenomenal.

#8. Xavier Restrepo, Miami

Coming off a season with 85 catches for 1,092 yards, Restrepo continues to be a playmaker for The U. In three games this year, he has 14 catches for 263 yards and four scores. He's an electric receiver and is likely to shine on Sundays.

#7. Jeremiah Smith, Ohio State

Speaking of future NFL stars, consider true frosh Jeremiah Smith. The 6-foot-3 playmaker was off in Week 3, but in just two games, he already has 11 catches for 211 yards and three scores for the Ohio State Buckeyes. He'll only get better, which is an amazing proposition.

#6. Ryan Williams, Alabama

The other big-time freshman wideout, Williams so far has 10 catches for 285 yards and four scores. The 6-foot-3 wide receiver was ready to shine from day one. Certainly, 28.5 yards per catch shows Williams's explosiveness.

#5. Kyren Lacy, LSU

Lacy is a 6-foot-2 senior. He caught 30 passes for 558 yards and seven sores in 2023. So far this season, Lacy has already grabbed 17 receptions for 222 yards and five scores. He'll be central to LSU's College Football Playoff hopes moving forward.

#4. Travis Hunter, Colorado

Travis Hunter does everything for Colorado and does it all well. The 6-foot-1 Hunter had 57 catches for 721 yards in 2023. So far, his 30 receptions are second in the nation and his 342 yards and five scores demonstrate that he's still explosive. Hunter is a future next-level guy whether at defensive back, receiver or both.

#3. Tre Harris, Ole Miss

The Rebels love to throw the ball and Harris, who had 54 catches for 985 yards a year ago, has been the primary beneficiary. With 27 catches for 403 yards already, Harris is one of just four FBS players to top 400 yards for the season. The 6-foot-2 senior is having an All-American type of season.

#2. Tai Felton, Maryland

The 6-foot-1 senior was solid a season ago, hauling in 48 passes for 723 yards. But his 2024 season is likely to feature even better numbers. Felton has 27 catches for 447 yards and four scores this year. Felton is establishing himself as one of the nation's best.

#1. Tetairoa McMillan, Arizona

The 6-foot-5 Tetairoa McMillan might be wasted on an incredibly mediocre Arizona team. A season ago, McMillan caught 90 passes for 1,402 yards. In 2024, McMillan has started with 23 grabs for 453 yards and promises to provide even more production.
