On Saturday, October 5, a total of four matches were played in the Global Chess League (GCL) 2024 at the Friends House in London, England. PBG Alaskan Knights are currently unbeaten in GCL 2024. After winning their fourth consecutive game against Ganges Grandmasters, they are ranked at the top with 49 points.

Triveni Continental Kings moved from third to second rank with 43 points. They have won two out of four games, including Saturday’s win against American Gambits. Similarly, Alpine Sg Pipers have climbed to third spot with 27 game points.

Mumbai Maestros are placed fourth with three losses in four games, including the most recent one against the Pipers.

Ganges Grandmasters have moved from the bottom of the table to fifth spot following their maiden victory over the Continental Knights. They will be hoping to continue their winning momentum in the upcoming game against American Gambits.

American Gambits have retained the fourth position with 16 points. They suffered their second loss in the previous game against the Kings.
